One of my major hobbies in my old age is collecting old banged out motors and then doing them back up to their former glory. Not in a flashy show off way though, no, by all means I can appreciate a good jag or a lotus restoration but what I like to concentrate on is the everyman vehicles. There is something quite beautiful about restoring a former family wagon that has been overlooked and left into disrepair simply because it’s not the prettiest bell of the ball.
